B. Christopher DiSantis

Chris DiSantis joined American Securities in 2019. He works directly with our portfolio company management teams on the development and implementation of their strategic agendas. During his time at American Securities, Chris has served as CEO on an interim basis for both CPM and Prince International (now Vibrantz Technologies).

Prior to joining American Securities, Chris was the CEO of Verso Corporation, a publicly-traded paper, packaging, and pulp producer. Prior to Verso, he was CEO of H-D Advanced Manufacturing, CEO of Latrobe Specialty Metals (now part of Carpenter Technology), and President and COO of Hawk Corporation (now part of Carlisle Companies). Chris began his career in private equity with Bankers Trust. He is a member of the G100 organization and the Wake Forest University School of Business Board of Visitors.

Chris received a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
