Shirley Liu

Shirley Liu joined American Securities in 2021. She conducts due diligence on potential acquisitions and helps portfolio companies develop and execute their overall strategy.

Prior to joining American Securities, Shirley was a consultant at Monitor Deloitte in Shanghai. In this role, she conducted commercial due diligences and developed market entry, transformation and growth strategies for a variety of companies. Her sector experiences include healthcare, consumer, and others.

Shirley received a BA in International Politics from Fudan University.
