Sam Kopolovich

Partner

Sam Kopolovich joined American Securities in 2014. As a Partner in the Resources Group, he is involved in the full investment lifecycle, collaborating closely with the Investment Team on value creation planning during due diligence of new American Securities investments. He works closely with portfolio company executive teams on value creation plan development and execution, supporting new product and service launches to drive organic growth, commercial excellence, and margin improvement programs.

Prior to joining American Securities, Sam was with Oliver Wyman where he worked as an Associate in their Strategy Consulting Group. He also held prior roles with Goldman Sachs and Corporate Risk International (Kroll).

Sam received a BA in International Studies and an MA in International Politics from American University. Sam serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Rippowam Cisqua School.
