Ross Andrese

Ross Andrese joined American Securities in 2011. He is one of the leaders in the Resources Group and Strategy Team. Ross is involved in the full lifecycle of investments across a range of companies. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with the Investment Team on due diligence of new American Securities investments and with portfolio company executive teams on value creation plan development and execution. Within American Securities portfolio companies, Ross also has deep expertise on strategic planning, commercial excellence, margin improvement, and M&A diligence and integration. Ross is currently a Director of NAPA.

Prior to joining American Securities, Ross worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst.

Ross received an AB in Economics and Mathematics from the Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
