Mark Tao

Mark Tao joined American Securities in 2026. He conducts due diligence on potential acquisitions and helps portfolio companies develop and execute their overall strategy.

Prior to joining American Securities, Mark was a Consultant at Oliver Wyman and previously held roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Casdin Capital, a life sciences-focused hedge fund.

He received a BA in Computer Science and Government from Dartmouth College.
