Mark Lovett

Mark Lovett joined American Securities in 2007. He is currently Chairman of the Board of FleetPride and r-pac, as well as a Director of Vibrantz Technologies. Previously, Mark was a Director of Advanced Drainage Systems, Chromaflo Technologies, FiberMark, Liberty Tire Recycling, Prince, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, Tekni-Plex, and United FP.

Prior to joining American Securities, Mark was an investment banking analyst at UBS in the healthcare group. Prior to attending business school, he worked at Liberty Tire Recycling, a former American Securities portfolio company.

Mark received a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
