Ee-Ping Ong

Ee-Ping Ong joined American Securities in 2007. He leads our Asian capabilities with a focus on value creation for our US portfolio companies in Asia, and due diligence on potential US investments with Asia-Pacific implications. In addition, Ee-Ping is also part of the US strategy team and serves the American Securities portfolio companies on a range of strategy topics.

Prior to American Securities, Ee-Ping was with Bain & Company Asia in Shanghai where he worked with clients from various industries to develop their China strategy and in building their capabilities to deliver on that strategy. He has served as an advisor to local and multi-national clients in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing and logistics to consumer goods across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ee-Ping received a BS in Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering & Applied Science, a BS in Economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and an MBA degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
