Asterios Satrazemis
Managing Director
Asterios Satrazemis joined American Securities in 2024. He works directly with our portfolio company management teams on the development and implementation of their strategic agendas.
Asterios has over two decades of experience in leading global operations and mergers and acquisitions in companies owned by private equity firms, as well as public companies. Prior to joining American Securities, he was CEO of United Site Services, the largest provider of temporary site services in North America. Previously, Asterios was CEO at BlueLine Rental, President and a Member of the Board of Aggreko, and Senior Vice President at United Rentals. He began his career with Deloitte.
Asterios received his BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
