Mike Leamer
Managing Director
Mike Leamer originally joined American Securities in 2011 and is a Managing Director in our Resources Group. He partners closely with CEOs and management teams to set and achieve ambitious value-creation plans and EBITDA targets and implement transformation and change programs. Mike also leads our overall Resources Group efforts on portfolio human capital and ESG, in addition to due diligence efforts in services and people-intensive businesses.
Prior to joining American Securities, Mike was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and an investment banking associate at Lazard.
He holds a BA in economics from Occidental College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
