American Securities Joins Cambridge International Companies
Duane Marshall, president and chief executive officer of Cambridge International, Inc. announced today that American Securities has joined the Cambridge International team. Mr. Marshall emphasizes, "A common vision of long-term global growth and market expansion in the conveying and material handling systems arena serves as a firm foundation for our new partnership. With the high quality products crafted by Cambridge International and the financial strength of American Securities, we will continue to grow our business and capitalize on market opportunities."

Existing Cambridge International product lines will continue to be produced in the enterprise's three Dorchester County-based manufacturing plants, with new product lines and production expansion on the horizon. Mr. Marshall comments, "As we speak, new products and services are being developed to fulfill the needs of our customers. Worldwide markets for Cambridge International products include food and beverage processors, electronic components manufacturers, glass and ceramics producers, metal parts manufacturers, wood veneer processors, and the agricultural and chemical processing industries.
