Wen Yang joined American Securities in 2019. She conducts due diligence on potential acquisitions and helps portfolio companies develop and execute their overall strategy.
Prior to joining American Securities, Wen was with PwC Strategy& in Shanghai where she worked with clients across a variety of industries, including consumer and industrial goods, education, and video technology. In this role, she developed growth strategies, conducted industry benchmarking and commercial due diligence for both Chinese firms and multinational corporations.
Wen Yang received a BS in Economics from Peking University and an MPP in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.
