Chris Wang
Vice President
Chris Wang joined American Securities in 2021. She leads commercial and market due diligence on potential U.S. acquisitions from an Asia angle, and supports the development and execution of market strategy and other value-adds for portfolio companies in Asia.
Prior to joining American Securities, Chris was with Alvarez & Marsal as a Director, where she helped clients on performance improvement and turnarounds. She also conducted due diligence focused on consumer and retail industries. Previously, Chris was a Consultant at Bain & Company. Chris began her career at Texas Instruments.
She received a BS and MS in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
