Hamilton Lane has invested in nearly all American Securities’ related endeavors, including American Securities Partners V, LP, which has closed more than $1.7 billion to date. The partnership benefits from our Shanghai-based team of 12 team members and Hamilton Lane’s ability to market investment opportunities to its clients.

The team has a track record of on-the-ground experience advising investment companies on their China strategy, providing significant oversight for companies establishing low-cost sourcing operations, purchasing and operating assets and building manufacturing facilities.
