Our core investment objective is to dedicate the time, energy and resources to help every portfolio company achieve its full potential.  American Securities has made 38 stand-alone portfolio company investments over the past 17 years, as well as numerous add-on acquisitions.  The firm currently has 22 portfolio companies in a diverse range of industries.  In aggregate, our current portfolio has nearly $7 billion of combined revenue and $1.5 billion of EBITDA. We invest in Consumer, Industrial, and Services companies with revenues ranging from $200 million to $2 billion, and have sector specialties in Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, Chemicals, Power & Energy, and Restaurants.
